We handle all kinds of windows at our recycling centres, both windows containing PCB, and windows without. Please try to deliver the windows complete, also with the wooden frame. Most of the windows produced between 1965 and 1975 contain the pollutant PCB in the sealing. In the metallisting between the layers of glass it is commonly stated year of production and producer of the window. If you cannot find the year of production stamp but suspect the window contains PCB, we will help you in determining if the window contains the pollutant and is to be delivered as dangerous waste. Windows containing the pollutant are free to deliver, while windows free of the pollutant is charged 2,54 kroner (incl. VAT) per kilo. Broken glass from windows cannot be delivered to the collective glass and metal containers.
