What are you going to sort?

Garden waste can be submitted to the recycling centre (Eggesbønes, Herøy) or at the garden waste dump at Eidet (Hareid and Ulstein). When the garden waste dump is closed, you can submit your garden waste at the recycling centre during opening hours. Sorted grass, foilage and branches up to 25 centimetres diametre can be submitted for free for private households. All cars profiled with company logos are defined as business and must pay in order to submit branches and grass. Roots, branches thicker than 25 centimetres diametre, tree trunks, masses of dirt, gravel, sand and mixed garden waste cost 125,- kroners per cubicmetre.
